Offered is a Smith & Wesson Victory Model revolver chambered in .38 S&W, produced during World War II between 1942 and 1943. Victory Models were manufactured to support Allied wartime demand and were widely issued to U.S. military units, British Commonwealth forces, naval personnel, and military police.
The Victory Model is easily recognized by its parkerized wartime finish and “V” serial number prefix, identifying it as part of Smith & Wesson’s large wartime production run.
This example is presented in excellent overall condition, retaining a crisp parkerized finish with minimal wear for an 80+ year-old military revolver. The revolver displays strong markings and excellent overall preservation.
