This is a Smith & Wesson Model 13-1 double-action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum, configured with a 4-inch heavy barrel and a six-shot fluted cylinder. The firearm features a high-polish nickel finish on the frame, barrel, and cylinder, while the hammer and trigger exhibit distinct case-hardened colors. It is equipped with fixed notch rear sights and a ramp front sight, and is fitted with two-piece checkered wood service grips featuring silver-tone Smith & Wesson medallions. Prominent markings include SMITH & WESSON on the left side of the barrel and S.&W. .357 MAGNUM on the right side.
