NOTE:
-Seller will drain and purge the vessels, disconnect electrical and remove any nitrogen so vessels are exposed to atmosphere and no dangerous gasses are present.
-Buyer is responsible for removal and disposal of piping & valves
-Buyer is responsible for removal, loading and transportation the vessels at Buyer’s expense. Buyer's contactor must be approved by Seller.
-Contractor must remove down to concrete saddles. Contractor must removal all piping, valves, etc and leave site clean and free of debris. Any ruts, holes or other ground damages must be levelled back to smooth state.
-Buyer has 12 months to complete removal from the date of auction close.

Yard is not equipped for load out - Seller requires Buyer to use onsite approved contractor to conduct removal – Please contact Asset Contact (listed above) for list and details of approved contractors - Buyer is responsible for all labor, equipment, logistics, securing the load, and associated fees for load out - Buyer is responsible for confirming removal charges prior to bidding - Buyer will receive Load Out Advice/Authorization for Release (LOA), once payment and seller required documents have been satisfied - Buyer or Buyer's removal agent must have LOA on-hand at the time of removal - Removal is by appointment, only. At a minimum, Buyer must Schedule removal appointment with Yard Contact listed on LOA, 48 hours in advance - Buyer must remove asset(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
