(R) Serial # 110184. .308 Win. caliber bolt action rifle with a 25-1/2” medium contour barrel. The bore is excellent, clean with strong rifling. Detachable 5 round rotary magazine. The SSG 69 is the standard sniper rifle of the Austrian military as well as several European and Middle eastern counties. It has seen service in many conflicts around the world. This rifle is the standard P1 variant and was made in 1979. Double set triggers. The gray parkerized metal finish on the barrel is in very good condition showing little wear with some scattered scuffs and scratches. Black synthetic floor plate/trigger guard. The checkered green synthetic stock is in very good to excellent condition showing little wear with some light scuffs/scratches. Black rubber recoil pad. Original sling swivels. Hooded front sight with a folding leaf rear sight. The action works fine. Includes a Schmidt & Bender Klassik 3-12x42 scope in Talley rings and a black canvas web sling.
