Removal terms▾
PICK-UP: The equipment can be picked up at the Troy Department of Public Works Facility, 4693 Rochester Road, Troy, MI 48085 Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00 pm by appointment only. – Report to the Front Desk and ask for Teresa Shepard. Winning bidder must show proof of payment and a valid driver's license matching the account holder's name. If the winning bidder sends an agent to pick up the equipment and/or items, in addition to receipt of payment in full and a copy of the winning bidders driver's license the agent must have the following documentation prior to the release of the equipment and/or items: 1. A valid driver’s license in his/her name. 2. An original NOTARIZED appointment of agent statement from the bidder appointing the individual as his/her agent and authorizing the agent to sign any required documents as Purchaser and agent of the bidder. An appointment of agent form will be emailed upon request.
