The City of Winston-Salem is not responsible for any omissions or errors in description of items being offered for sale. Pick-Up and Third Party Pick-Up Procedures: If you arrive without an appointment you may have an extended wait or may have to come back on another day. Every person you bring to load will first have to sign a waiver prior to removing your auction group items. 1. Upon receipt of payment, you will be notified by email sent to the address you provided at registration with GovDeals.com. You may then contact the City of Winston-Salem and arrange for a mutually convenient pick-up time. You must bring to the Central Warehouse (1) the Bill of Sale with signature, (2) personal picture identification (such as a Driver License). You must present both of these identification items at the scheduled pick-up, or the auction item(s) will not be released to you. 2. After paperwork has been submitted, City staff will escort you to the pick up location(s) at other City facilities. 3. You are responsible to provide all equipment and labor when picking up your items.
