The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. *** WE NEITHER SHIP NOR PREPARE ITEMS FOR SHIPPING *** Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. If a purchaser of an auction item does not take physical possession of the item by removing it from County warehouse within ten (10) days of payment by purchaser, then the purchaser will be deemed to have abandoned the item of property and to have forfeited the purchase price paid.
