Item(s) are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided as a guide; condition, defects, or missing parts are not guaranteed. No returns. All sales are final.
Property is located on JBLM. Buyer is required to have a Real ID Driver's License, EDL, or Passport to gain access to the base.
Pickup & Removal Instructions:
• Removal is by appointment only. Pickup hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-2PM
• To schedule your pickup, use the CALENDAR LINK located at the bottom of your Bill of Sale after payment is completed.
• Buyers requiring base access must contact the POC prior to scheduling a pickup appointment to coordinate installation access.
• Buyers are responsible for safe loading, removal, and transportation of purchased items.

Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, excluding federal holidays. PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. AFTER PAYMENT IS COMPLETED, YOUR BILL OF SALE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. OPEN THE BILL OF SALE ATTACHMENT AND SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. CLICK THE BLUE "CALENDAR LINK" TO SELECT AN AVAILABLE PICKUP DATE AND TIME. BASE ACCESS: Non-DoD visitors must obtain a visitor pass from the Visitor Control Center at the Lewis Main Liberty Gate. All occupants of the vehicle must present REAL ID-compliant identification, an Enhanced Driver's License (EDL), or a valid passport. Current vehicle registration and proof of insurance are also required.
