This auction is for a lot of four (4) electric scooters acquired through municipal impound/abandonment. All items are sold strictly “as-is, where-is” with no guarantees or warranties of any kind.
- Functionality & Battery Health: Untested. It is unknown if the batteries hold a charge, if motors function, or if electronic throttles/displays operate. Chargers and keys (if applicable) are not included unless pictured.
- Cosmetic & Mechanical Condition: Units show varying degrees of wear, weathering, scratches, and potential missing or damaged components (such as tires, brakes, wiring, or kickstands).

REMOVAL: If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID to: sbrooks@bryantx.gov For customers without access to a scanner, a very CLEAR digital photo may be accepted. Removal must be weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. excluding all major holidays.All pickups will be made as “curbside” pickup, left conveniently on our warehouse dock. Should forklift loading be applicable (depending on the item) protocol will be taken on a case by case basis. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS AND IT IS UP TO THE WINNING BIDDER TO COLLECT ALL ITEMS. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
