Removal terms▾
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed within 10 days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. **If someone else is picking up the items on your behalf, please contact Jenni to let her know who is coming. They will need to have the Buyer's Certificate in order to pick up the items. **A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
