Bidders wanting the Title, SF97, issued in their business/company name MUST register as a company. No changes will be made after award. Overview This lot contains (3) Kubota tractors and (2) Snow Pro 600 snowblower attachments. The tractors are classified in scrap condition. All items are non-operational and show signs of heavy wear consistent with age, corrosion, and prolonged outdoor storage. Parts are missing,  All tractors are inoperable and do not start. Additional deficiencies may be present beyond those identified. Items are not operational and no parts have been evaluated for salvage. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
