Removal terms▾
**SELLER DOES NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING SERVICES** Removal of property is Monday – Friday 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 4 pm. Removal must be within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. If shipping is needed check on-line for providers that will do all the necessary work for you. There are multiple nearby/local shipping stores who can assist you with the pick-up, packaging, and shipping of items for a fee. Examples are The UPS Store (503) 546-3843 or (503)477-4672 or any other local The UPS Store, The Packing Store, and for larger freight items, The USPS Store #1261-Freight Division (503) 690-0234. At the time of removal, the Buyer or Buyer’s Agent must present the Buyer’s Certificate and proper identification.
