R Serial # NSN. 12 Ga. double barrel shotgun with 28” barrels. The bores are very good to excellent, mostly clean with light fouling. The barrels are choked Full and Imp. Mod. The chambers are 2-3/4”. Double triggers with extractors. Made in 1963. The blued metal finish on the barrels is in good to very good condition showing light muzzle wear with thinning. Light scratches and scattered light surface rust. The lightly engraved receiver shows faded dark case colors with carry wear; the underside is turning slightly brown. The blued metal finish on the steel trigger guard shows edge wear which has developed rust. The checkered walnut forearm and the matching checkered butt stock have had extra finish added long ago and are in good to very good condition showing scattered light scuffs and scratches with light finish wear. Plastic butt plate with an LoP of 14”. The action works fine. Made from 1940 to 1986. C&R.
