A Drexel Surplus employee will bring you to inspect an item if you email solomonb@drexel.edu in advance of your inspection visit. Items at some locations may not be available for inspection and will be marked NO INSPECTION AVAILABLE.
Removal terms▾
No same day/next day removal appointments. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance by email. Many buyers do not show up for pickups and have to be rescheduled. Because of that an open date and time may be several days out. After you have Paid for your item(s) email drexelsurplus@drexel.edu and suggest a date and time that you would like to pick up. There may be many pickups scheduled in a week so not all times are available. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP without emailing and receiving a confirmation. Bring enough help and equipment to safely and successfully remove your purchase. Monday - Friday 9:00 - 3:00, departments are not open early/late or weekends All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
