is where is”. Removal hours are from 8AM to
2PM, Monday thru Friday excluding State of Colorado Holidays. We will not pack, ship or box. Buyer must
remove or coordinate these services. Payment

Computers (laptops and PC'S) ,Cell Phones sold by the state of Colorado may be password protected and we do not have access to those passcodes, we encourage inspection before bidding. Removal terms▾
Property may be removed Monday thru Friday 8AM to 3PM Excluding legal holidays. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. After 5 day removal period has expired, a $20 per day storage fee will be assessed and due at time of pickup and removal.
