For bid is a 190 ft tall Sabre Communications Corp. Radio tower. Tower is a 3-legged, self-supporting communications tower designed for lightweight wireless, radio, and antenna applications. Tower is made of hot-dip galvanized tubular steel legs and angle bracing.
Tower was purchased and installed new in 2002
Last known condition - in good working order
Reason for auction - no longer being used since approximately 2021
Winning bidder must provide proof of liability insurance, insuring against damage or injury to persons or property of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.
Winning bidder must be capable of disassembling tower and removing from BVU property safely.
Winning bidder is responsible for any damage or injury to the tower or any property or any person while disassembling, removing, or transporting.
