Ruger Model M77 Varmint

(R) Serial # 71-08451. .220 Swift caliber bolt action rifle with a 26” heavy barrel. The bore is good to very good, dirty clean with good rifling with moderate fouling, it should clean better. Made in 1974. Tang safety. The blued metal finish on the barrel is in very good to excellent condition showing little wear with some scattered fine scratches. Made without sights, the barrel is drilled for scope blocks. The blued finish on the receiver is in very good to excellent condition showing little wear with some scattered blemishes and fine scratches. The finish has taken on a slight plum hue. The receiver has machined recesses for Ruger type scope rings. The black finish on the trigger guard and floor plate is in excellent condition showing little to no wear. The checkered walnut stock is in very good to excellent condition showing little wear with scattered light marks. Original red rubber recoil pad. The action functions fine. Includes a Redfield 6-18x40 scope in the Ruger rings along with the original box with the instructions. C&R.
