BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: The Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping and removing all property by the specified removal date. Removal is at the buyer's expense, risk, and liability.
REMOVAL DEADLINE: All Property must be removed within 14 calendar days after the sale date. Any storage arrangements beyond the removal deadline are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be coordinated directly with the storage vendor.
REMOVAL DEFAULT: Failure to remove before the deadline will result in default, and the property will be deemed abandoned.
