Parts 120 through 130); Bidders must be a U.S. Citizens to participate in this auction; and Bidders must not be listed on the Department of Commerce's Denied Persons List, Department of State's Debarred Parties List, as well as the Excluded Parties List System. If the successful bidder designates a third party removal agent to remove the property, the successful bidder must: (1) Declare under the penalty of perjury that they are a U.S. citizen; and (2) Send the attached Declaration of citizenship notarized by a Notary Public to NASA 48 hours prior to removal. Only people who are either U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) are allowed to inspect or collect surplus personal property at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). If you successfully bid on items, you are responsible for removing them from the GSFC premises and you cannot throw them away in the trash bins on site.
