Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Buyers are strongly encouraged to physically inspect the offered property prior to bidding. Buyers may pick these items up in person, or our office can assist in shipping. To schedule a local pickup or inquire about shipping, please call the NYS Office of General Services at (518) 457-3757. For Local Pickup: Pickup appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm only with at least 24 hours' notice. Appointment times must be confirmed by the site contact at a mutually agreeable time. Confirmation of cleared payment by GovDeals is required for an appointment to be made. All items must be picked up/removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item will be declared abandoned, and the buyer will receive no financial compensation.
