The St. Charles County Parks department has a couple of Pressure Washers they would like to sell. This is a two for one deal. The Simpson model runs but dies on occasion. The Rigid model is unknown in its operation. Item is sold as is and buyer is responsible for pick-up. There will not be any county employees available to help with pick up. Removal terms▾
If winning bidder chooses to use a third party shipper, the purchaser will be required to sign an Authorization of Release form, and provide copy of credit card user’s driver’s license. Third party shippers will be required to sign the Bill of Sale and provide their photo ID before taking possession of the asset(s). Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance and between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
