This portable building was used at our main county park by non-profits who were collecting donations during Christmas light season, hence the gingerbread color. The small lollipops on the windows and sides can be removed; they are corrugated plastic fastened by adhesive tape. Outer dimensions: 12'3"W (tires make it wider) x 16'6"L. It can be pulled around a property, but not advisable to take on a highway. Pardon the messy interior; it will be cleaned out.

Removal terms▾
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE AT LEAST 24 HOURS TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
