If you need shipping you MUST contact us at whittier@myauctionhouse.com. We do not get notified when you select the "Shipping Required" option when registering and sadly we cannot disable the feature.
If you fail to contact us before pickup closure your items will be forfeited and no refunds will be made.
Once you request a quote, we send an email confirming your quote, 24-72 hours later you will get a quote via email to review and accept, once you send back approval we will charge the card on file and email you confirmation of charges. Items are then picked up by UPS every Tuesday & Thursday at 2pm.
We ONLY use UPS Ground, if you would like to use a different carrier we can provide weight and dimensions so you can purchase your own label and schedule a pickup with the carrier.
REJECTED QUOTES due to whatever reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you do not reject the quote we have no way of knowing you do not want your items so it will result in item forfeiture and no refund will be provided, so please let us know.
