Failure to remove all won property promptly will result in the buyer being defaulted and blocked from future bidding. Once an asset has been removed, all sales are final, and refunds are prohibited. APPOINTMENTS FOR REMOVAL/PICK-UP: The buyer must coordinate pick-up appointments directly with the custodial agency (“the seller”) by contacting the Asset Contact listed in the auction under “Seller Information.” Pick-up requests must be submitted to the Asset Contact via email.
