If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to VERIFY THE LOCATION of the item(s) won, and any additional instructions on payment, pickup and removal or to authorize a third-party to remove the item. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. The City of Thomasville will not be responsible for providing any assistance in the loading of any asset. The buyer is responsible for loading and removal of all assets purchased. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
