Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. There will be no inspections.

Purchased property can be picked up or shipped, unless otherwise indicated in item description. All property MUST be removed within 10 (ten) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed For all property purchased, buyer must send email to ContactSPR@dgs.ca.gov with Buyer’s Certificate attached and the asset and inventory IDs in the email subject line. Indicate in the email the method that the purchase will be removed.  Property may be picked in person Monday through Friday between 8am to 2:30pm at our warehouse in Natomas, CA. APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED. Email ContactSPR@dgs.ca.gov to set up an appointment. Buyer must show ID to match transaction in Gov Deals. If another person will be picking up the item, email ContactSPR@dgs.ca.gov to receive an Authorization Release form to authorize someone else to pick up.
