This auction requires the high bidder to submit completed and signed certification(s) found in the "Documents" section and/or proof of licensing to the Sales Contracting Officer before the award is finalized. The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview This lot contains: (4) Canon CR-2 PLUS AF Digital Non-Mydriatic Retinal Cameras. (6) Ophthalmic Refractors. (2) Heine Omega 500 LEDHQ units. Total of 12 items. Condition & Markings This lot is in usable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. No additional attachments are included with the equipment. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
