Buyer will not be able to confirm working condition as all utilities and plumbing have been disconnected. Moving this building from listed location will require road permits and buyers are encouraged to solicit quotes from a licensed building mover to inspect destination site prior to bidding. Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within thirty (30) calendar days from the time and date of payment. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including permits, packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Buyer assumes all risk with such removal including without limitation the responsibility for providing licensed and bonded professionals for loading and removal and full responsibility for any damage or liability to persons and property resulting from any negligent act or omission of buyer, buyer's employees, agents or representatives during pick-up and removal. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 30 calendar days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. All property must be paid for and picked up in the time frames of the offer.
