PICKUP Pickups can be made by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please use the link provided to send an e-mail scheduling your pickup appointment at least 12 hours in advance so that we can have the items prepared for you. Unfortunately we will only take e-mail appointments that have been sent to our monitored e-mail address, telephone requests will not be applicable. Pickups attempting to be made outside of hours or without an appointment will have to be denied. Hours: M – F, 10 am – 3 pm (excluding UCF holidays). You have 5 business days to pay, 10 to pickup.
