ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Property may be inspected, by appointment only, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated. If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to VERIFY THE LOCATION of the item(s) won, SCHEDULE PICK UP and any additional instructions on payment, pickup and removal. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, shipping, dismantling (if applicable), and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
