If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay online; no payments accepted on site. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal. If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a emailed copy of Buyer's Certificate to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent. The City of Clermont does not ship. If shipping is required, the City of Clermont suggests to contact the local UPS Store #4670 at (407)-877-7076 to arrange for packaging and shipment.
