Top quality welsh A mare. Willow has previously been a broodmare, but has such a wonderful temperament that we decided to break her in. She is beautifully conformed, moves with ease, and is unfazed by her outside environment.
She has unlimited potential ahead for her saddle career. This beautiful mare has a special part of my heart, but unfortunately due to my fitness and time I an unable to give her the best start to the rest of her education. Can be ridden alone or with others, she has walk and trot established, but needs someone that can work on her canter, I struggle with the leg strength to get her up and going. More woah than go at the moment. She is in very light work, with a ride every couple of weeks, quick lunge(for me not her) and off to work. Never put a foot wrong under saddle. She must not go to any itch areas. An absolutely a top class pony hunter.
Being green and more work, she does need a knowledgeable home, but with regular work will be ready to compete in no time. I’m heart broken, but she deserves to be out with someone doing more than what I can give her. Good to catch, float, wash plait, have her feet done. Has attended one show earlier on this year in hand and was the same out as she is at home. I believe with some more work she will be a great child’s pony.
