Post-auction inspections are not permitted. - On-Site Guidelines: During an inspection, bidders are welcome to come onto the property to thoroughly inspect assets under the direct supervision of a Milton Surplus field representative. However, no inspection assistance will be provided by Milton Surplus. - Revocation of Privileges: Milton Surplus reserves the right to revoke inspection privileges for any bidder at any time, at our sole discretion.
- Scheduling Protocol: Removal can only be scheduled after payment is fully processed. To schedule a pickup, contact auctions@miltonsurplus.com. We will make our best effort to accommodate requested dates and times; however, we cannot ensure all requests will be met. The next best option will be provided if denied. - Removal Timeline & Flexibility: Assets must be removed no later than ten (10) days from auction closure. If issues arise, contact us immediately. We will attempt to work with you to ensure fair terms are met, but Milton Surplus cannot guarantee accommodations for late removal. - Release Documentation: The winning bidder will receive a Bill of Sale upon Milton Surplus receiving payment. The bidder must bring two (2) printed copies of this Bill of Sale to the pickup appointment to be signed by both the bidder and the Milton Surplus representative. - Proxy Removal: Proxy pickups are permitted.
