The Nepalese Snider-Enfield is a fascinating, locally produced variant of the famous British breech-loading rifle. Manufactured in the 1860s and 1870s at the Nakku Arsenal in Kathmandu, these guns were hand-fitted by Gurkha armorers using British patterns. Th e rifle remains in very good condition.
