Purchases will be released only after payment has been received as specified. Buyers must make all necessary arrangements and perform all work required for packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will The Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County provide or assume responsibility for packing, loading, shipping, or removal.
