This lot contains Pallet of Miscellaneous Medical Supplies including rectangular mini filters, VanishPoint syringes, and peel packs. The items are classified in used condition. The lot consists of multiple boxes containing various medical supplies and sterilization equipment stored in a warehouse setting.
The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received.

Rectangular mini filters are SMS polypropylene material measuring 4x9 inches with 1000 pieces per container.
VanishPoint syringes feature automated retraction technology in 1mL capacity with 25G x 1" needle specifications.
Sterilization pouches measure 3.5 x 5.3 inches and are available in quantities of 200 and 2000 pieces per box.
Items are packaged in original manufacturer boxes and containers.

This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
Items are stored in cardboard boxes with various shipping labels and markings visible.
Some boxes show warehouse handling marks and handwritten notations.
Sterilization pouches and filters appear to be in sealed packaging.
VanishPoint syringe boxes display product specifications and lot numbers on exterior labels.

Inspection and Removal
Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
Equipment to be picked up from the Phoenix VA (Building 26), Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 2PM.
Facility will not assist with preparing, packing or transporting equipment.
Buyer will be responsible for transportation.
