Four pallets can be provided upon purchase for equipment transport. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Equipment conditions range from used to scrap throughout the lot. Hard drives in laptops and desktops may have been removed during memory sanitization processing. Sufficient cabling for all items is not guaranteed. This lot cannot be separated, sold, or picked up as individual items. All items must be permanently removed from agency upon pickup. All items are sold as-is with no warranties or refunds. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Pick Up: Local pickup only. The 4 pallets as seen in the provided photos can be provided upon purchase, though additional pallets or boxes would need to be provided by the buyer for additional equipment.
