This lot contains metal and wood boxes. These items have not been professionally tested. There may be missing parts. Any questions must be asked online so everyone can see questions and responses. We will not respond to phone calls or direct emails. Sold as is, where is. Any packing or shipping needed is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer ANY packing or shipping assistance. Pickup and payment of the item(s) is expected in the normal time frame unless otherwise noted in the posting, but pickups MUST be done by appointment. Limited loading assistance is available. Appointment times will vary from 30 minutes depending on the size of the lot and number of lots to be picked up. We offer 30 minute appointment times Monday through Friday from 8-11 and 12:30-3:30. All pickups must be done in a single appointment. Buyer agrees to follow any and all State/Local/Federal exportation laws. If the seller has any reason to believe these are not being followed, the sale may be terminated.

Inspection terms▾
These can be checked out individually or all at one time. You must come to the warehouse with a completed checkout authorization form that either has the original inked signature or it can be Adobe signed with a time and date stamp to check these items out. The Surplus Warehouse hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8-11:30 and 12:30-4. If you have any questions, please email surplusitems@l.uky.edu. Any surplus forms can be found on the Surplus website which is located under Central Purchasing.
Removal terms▾
****PLEASE NOTE**** BIDDERS WHO DO NOT REMOVE ASSETS IN THE ALLOTTED 10 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE DEFAULTED AND THEIR ACCOUNTS WILL BE LOCKED. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed (by appointment only) within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please EMAIL Asset Contact to SCHEDULE a removal appointment. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases must be removed by person listed on buyers certificate unless proper documentation has been completed to release to another individual. Email asset contact to receive proper documentation for 3rd party removals.
