This auction requires the high bidder to submit completed and signed certification(s) found in the "Documents" section and/or proof of licensing to the Sales Contracting Officer before the award is finalized. Requirements vary by auction. Purchaser must sign a Medical Device Statement of Intent and a Hold Harmless Form located in the Additional Documents section and email to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov. The item will not be awarded to the bidder until the attached paperwork is completed and returned to the sales contracting officer. Overview This lot contains expendable medical supplies. The items are classified in new condition. The lot includes central venous kits, catheter drainage kits, male catheters, yankauer suction tips, eclipse needles, wrist/forearm splints, and sterilization wrap. Quantities are estimated. Yankauer with bulb tip (60 units). BD Eclipse needle 25GA X 1 (8 packages). BD Eclipse needle 25GA X 1 (10 packages). Foam right wrist/forearm splint (3 units). Two ply sterilization wrap 48 X 48, 50 per case (4 cases). Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items appear to be in original packaging and unused condition. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
