This auction requires the high bidder to submit completed and signed certification(s) found in the "Documents" section and/or proof of licensing to the Sales Contracting Officer before the award is finalized. The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (1) Philips Nova Exam LED Light Model NXFL, (2) EchoNous Vein/Uscan portable ultrasound units, (1) Audioscan Verifit hearing aid verification system, and (1) TempArmour vaccine refrigerator Model BFRV84. The equipment is classified in used condition. The Samsung tablets have been removed from the ultrasound units. The EchoNous Vein/Uscan units are portable ultrasound devices designed for vein scanning applications. The Audioscan Verifit system is designed for hearing aid verification and testing. The TempArmour refrigerator is specifically designed for vaccine storage with temperature control. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The Philips Nova Exam LED Light is approximately 10 years old. The EchoNous Vein/Uscan portable ultrasound units are approximately 7 years old and the Samsung tablets have been removed. The Audioscan Verifit hearing aid verification system is approximately 14 years old. The TempArmour vaccine refrigerator is approximately 3 years old. Condition, functionality, and operational status of all equipment are not guaranteed. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
