Removal terms▾
- Site hours 7:30-4:00pm, Mon-Fri - Seller will assist with loading any asset(s) under 13,500 lbs onto buyer conveyance free of charge. Buyer must schedule a pick up time with a 48 hour notice BEFORE pick up. - Loads over 13,500lbs CANNOT be loaded by seller, and buyer is responsible for sending a loading plan to seller for approval, at least 5 days prior to pickup. - Buyer is responsible for securing the load and transportation costs - Buyer or Buyer Agent on site must have PPE, Hardhat, Safety Vest, Safety Glasses, and Safety Shoes. -Buyer will receive Load Out Advice/Authorization for Release (LOA), once payment and seller required documents have been satisfied - Buyer or Buyer's removal agent must have LOA on-hand at the time of removal - Removal is by appointment, only.
