Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments for pick-up must be made at least 2 business days in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. If you are the winning bidder on the item in this listing and plan to use a transport company for delivery, please do not contact LRWRA to schedule a pick-up with the transport company until after you have submitted a completed GOVDeals third party Authorization of Release form, all other required documentation, and been approved by an authorized agent of LRWRA to schedule the pick-up. If you do not follow this procedure, your item will not be released to the transport company.
