Inspection terms▾
This item is located at the the Surplus Property Office, 1441 Boston Ave., West Columbia, SC 29170. The overall condition of this property is unknown to the Surplus Property Office. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Items may be inspected M-F from 9:00 AM until 3:30 PM. Inspections will be limited to 10 minutes per item. Bidder represents and warrants it shall indemnify and hold the State of South Carolina, the Department of Administration, and the Parks and Recreation harmless from any and all liability, damage, expense, claims, liens or judgments, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from injury to person or damage to property resulting from or in any fashion arising out of Bidder’s inspection of the Property including but not limited to the negligent acts, errors or omissions of Bidder, its agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, or invitees.
