Removal terms▾
Pickup day and times will be by appointment only. Pickup days for this auction is Monday 09/21/2026 thru Friday 09/25/2026 from 8 am to 11:30 am and from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm following the closing of the auction. NO EXEMPTIONS MADE!! Appointments must be made at least by the end of the auction ending. All items must be removed within from the time and date of appointment. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Please contact Luis Nieto at 915-594-5764 or email lanieto@epwater.org for pickup appointment. Note, must have appointment to enter this warehouse facility. You will be required to sign off on entry liabilty form and also a forklift assistance liabilty form if loading assistance is requested. Note this is not a EPWU LOCATION.
