UNICOR will ensure all pallets/boxes are packaged securely and will take photos prior to shipment. The successful bidder assumes all responsibility for risk relating to loss or damage of goods once the goods pass into the hands of the carrier. UNICOR is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit. All claims of goods damaged during shipment should be addressed to the carrier. Insuring your shipment is recommended. Any terms or conditions provided by the successful bidder to UNICOR shall not be binding on UNICOR and are hereby rejected.

Buyer must remove item(s) from Seller Facility within 10 business days after the close of the auction. If any item(s) are not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned. Buyer is responsible for emailing signed bill of sale to UNICOR prior to item(s) being picked up Failure to send the bill of sale will result in the item(s) not being turned over to the Buyer's delivery partner. UNICOR is not liable for damaged or lost goods while items are in transit.
