Inspection terms▾
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection. If a bidder is unable to come in person for inspection they may hire an outside resource to inspect the items for them. Everything that is included in the auction listing will be pictured. Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are scheduled Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm other than our lunch hour from 12pm to 1pm. Appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes with the latest appointment starting at 3pm. You must arrive on time for your scheduled appointment or there will be a late fee charged of $50.00 and your lot is subject to not being loaded depending on availability. Any scheduled appointment that is missed twice will have the auction lots defaulted and your account will be locked and a penalty of 45% of the purchase price will be charged. Any persons arriving without a scheduled appointment are subject to not being loaded and if there is availability to load, a fee of $100.00 will apply All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
