Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting Investment Recovery at (719) 668-7630, (719) 668-7628 or investmentrecovery@csu.org. All items must be removed within seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $30.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 7 calendar days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Investment Recovery’s hours of operation are 8 AM to 3:PM, Monday - Wednesday, Friday. We are closed on Thursday. These hours exclude Colorado Springs Utilities observed holidays. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING OUR SHIPPING POLICY We now accept out of state USPS prepaid shipping labels for items that qualify.
