*****NO ASSISTANCE WITH PACKING, PRINTING LABELS, LOADING, AND/OR SHIPPING IS PROVIDED BY THE TOWN**** All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Town of Kernersville assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. If sending a transporter, they will need to bring: 1) Copy of your Buyer's Certificate; 2) Completed Authorization to Release Form, a signed note, or email authorizing transporter to pick up on Buyer's behalf; and 3) Photo identification matching Buyer's written authorization.
