Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. INSPECTION IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY NO MATTER WHERE THE ITEM IS LOCATED. Please email das.gsd.surplus@das.ohio.gov to schedule an appointment.
Removal terms▾
Property must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Business hours for removal appointments are Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm, excluding holidays. There are no after-hours or weekend pickups allowed. Vehicles hauled into the auction lot MUST be towed from the lot at the winning bidder’s expense. NO LOADING ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR VEHICLES. Buyers have five (5) business days to pay once the auction closes. Once payment is made, buyers have five (5) business days to remove property. Any property not removed within the five (5) day time frame is considered abandoned and will be disposed of as The State of Ohio chooses. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Buyer will also be prohibited from bidding and buying from The State of Ohio. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
