This lot consists of 10 Lounge Chairs and 2 cloth ottomans. There are some stains, scratches, and dents due to years of use. The overall condition is fair to poor. The working condition is unknown.
Our pick up schedule is:
Tuesdays 12:30pm 03:30pm
Thursday 08:00am 11:00 am

Please make sure you read removal instructions before bidding. Most important is WE DO NOT SHIP and please arrive early enough to allow time for packing and loading during the pick-up period. Also, bring your tools/equipment for loading. (hand truck, forklift, packing material, etc.)
Third Party Pick up: If someone else is to pick up in your place you will need to sign an Authorization of Release Form. It has to be this person picking up. Please contact us for a copy of this form. If we do not have it, your pick-up person will be turned away or can experience delays.
You should get a Bill of Sale once you pay for the goods. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. Otherwise get in touch with us to send you a copy. This must be signed on day of pick up or sent with your Authorization of Release Form.

GTCC offers standard pick-up times on the following days and times each week: Tuesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. These times are subject to change due to holidays, inclement weather, and/or college events. Any date changes will be posted on individual auction listings when known in advance or on our website (www.gtcc.edu) in the event of inclement weather or an emergency. Our pick-up address is 6012 W. Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407. All items must be removed during one of our standard pickup times and within two weeks (14 days) from the time and date of the close of the auction. If the buyer has not removed all items purchased after two weeks (14 days), their account can go into default, and their account may be locked at the discretion of GTCC unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please arrive early enough to allow time for packing and loading during the pick-up period. GTCC does not provide shipping of any kind.
